Sr Finance Manager

Role Description

The Sr Finance Manager will oversee financial operations, develop budgets, and manage forecasts to ensure the financial health of the organization. Responsibilities include preparing financial reports, monitoring financial performance, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. The role also involves leading finance teams, ensuring compliance with local financial regulations, collaborating with leadership on strategic planning, and contributing to long-term financial goals. This full-time position is on-site at our Cebu office.

Qualifications

• At least five (5) years of managerial experience in accounting-related jobs.
• Strong knowledge of Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Financial Analysis
• Proficiency in Accounting principles, Auditing procedures, and Compliance with tax regulations
• Familiarity with Financial Software and tools, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Proven ability to lead teams and work collaboratively across departments
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA is highly preferred
• Prior experience in a managerial finance role; background in retail or automotive industry is a plus

Oversees and manages the day-to-day accounting and financial activities, ensuring proper controls, compliance, and accuracy to guide management in making business decisions. Develops and maintains accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements.
