Position: Finance Manager
Location: Makati, Metro Manila
We are looking for a Finance Manager to support and strengthen our business operations in the Philippines.
This role is suitable for someone with strong knowledge of Philippine taxation and compliance, while also being able to work closely with the business team in a fast-moving and growing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily finance, accounting, and tax-related operations
- Ensure compliance with Philippine tax regulations, BIR requirements, and statutory filings
- Manage financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and operational finance matters
- Support internal process setup and improve financial controls
- Coordinate with external auditors, banks, government agencies, and service providers
- Support business operations from a finance and risk management perspective
- Monitor expenses, inventory, asset management, and distributor-related financial matters
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA is preferred
- Strong understanding of Philippine tax regulations and compliance
- Experience handling BIR-related matters and tax audits is highly preferred
- Experience in FMCG, trading, distribution, or food-related industries is a plus
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Business-minded, practical, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a growing company environment
- Mandarin Chinese proficiency is highly preferred otherwise, excellent English communication skills are required
