Position: Finance Manager

Qualifications & experience

Tasks & responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, for management and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to align financial goals with strategic objectives.
- Create financial forecasts and models to support decision-making and long-term planning, considering market trends and business projections.
- Collaborate with the management to develop financial strategies and initiatives that drive business growth and profitability.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making, such as investment opportunities, pricing strategies, and cost optimization efforts.
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
- Stay informed about relevant financial regulations, industry standards, and best practices, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and mentor the members of the Finance Dept., fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Provide guidance and support to team members, encouraging their professional growth and development.
