Job Description

Knowledge And Skills Requirements

  • Education & Knowledge
  • Degree in Finance or Accountancy
  • Must be a CPA.
  • Experience:
  • At least five years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position.
  • Occupied senior manager position of no less than 5 years;
  • Preferably w/ business acumen in real estate and construction industry;
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution.
  • Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.
  • Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including generally

Accepted Accounting Principles.

  • Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems.
  • Knowledge of national and local financial regulations.

Duties And Responsibilites

  • Plans, organizes, leads and controls various activities

of the Department.

  • Provision of capital
  • Investor relations
  • Banking relations
  • Credit & Collection
  • Investments
  • Financial Risk Management
  • Operational Review and Evaluation
  • Salary Range: 35,000.00 - 55,000.00
  • WORK LOCATIONS: Davao City
  • WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday - 08:00-05:00 ; Saturday - 08:00-12:00
