Act as a strategic finance business partner for our Philippines subsidiary, working closely with the MU Manager to lead annual and multi-year financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting aligned with business objectives.

About the Role

This role is a key strategic finance position within our Philippines subsidiary, partnering closely with local and APAC leadership to drive financial performance, governance, and sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the overall financial steering of our Philippines subsidiary, acting as a key finance partner to local and regional management. Your responsibilities will include financial planning and performance management, financial governance and compliance, cash and treasury oversight, as well as payroll and statutory obligations, ensuring accurate, reliable, and timely financial information to support business decisions.

  • Lead annual and multi-year budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning in close collaboration with the MU Manager.
  • Oversee financial analysis, cash flow management, and monthly reporting, providing clear insights to MU Management and APAC leadership.
  • Ensure accounting accuracy, compliance, and internal control, including year-end closing and audit coordination.
  • Drive treasury, receivables, and payables management to secure cash flow and optimize working capital.
  • Supervise account reconciliations, resolve invoicing and accounting issues, and manage financial risks.
  • Oversee payroll processing and tax reporting for the Philippines entity.
  • Act as the finance point of reference for internal stakeholders regarding budgets, reporting, and financial processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or above, major in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or related fields

Certifications

  • CPA, ACCA, or CMA is preferred

Language : Fluent in English

Must have full working rights in Philippines
