Job Description

Role Overview: The Accounts / Finance Manager – Philippines will be responsible for overseeing the finance and accounting operations of the Philippines dialysis centres while ensuring smooth coordination with the India Head Office. The role involves managing accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, payroll coordination, banking operations, compliance with Philippines regulatory authorities, and maintaining accurate MIS and revenue reports. The candidate will work closely with local accounting firms, HR teams, banks, and government bodies such as BIR and SEC to ensure timely financial reporting, statutory compliance, and efficient financial operations across centres.

Financial Operations & Accounting

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations for Philippines dialysis centres

• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes

• Coordinate financial reconciliation between Philippines dialysis centres and

India Head Office

• Collect, verify, and audit financial data including:

o Invoices

o Receipts

o Payroll records

o Employee reimbursements

o PhilHealth claims and related documentation

MIS & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain MIS reports on a regular basis

• Track and report centre-wise revenue, collections, expenses, and profitability

• Ensure timely submission of financial reports to management

Banking & Cash Management

• Coordinate and monitor Philippines bank account operations

• Manage payment processing, fund transfers, and banking documentation

• Ensure proper cash flow monitoring and reconciliations

Payroll & HR Coordination

• Liaise with HR team for payroll inputs, attendance data, reimbursements, and

employee-related financial records

• Support payroll processing and statutory deductions compliance

Compliance & External Coordination

• Coordinate with local Philippines accounting firms for bookkeeping and

statutory filings

• Liaise with government authorities including:

o BIR (Bureau of Internal Revenue)

o SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission)

o Local tax and regulatory bodies

• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory requirements

Essential Skills:

Strong accounting and analytical skills

Good understanding of Philippines financial regulations and taxation

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/MIS software

Strong coordination and communication skills

Ability to work with cross-functional and international teams

Ability to work independently and manage multiple centres/accounts

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

CPA qualification preferred (Philippines CPA)

Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable

(AR)

Experience in healthcare, dialysis centres, or multi-location accounting preferred
