Work you'll do

Accounting Operations (CTC, P2P, and Treasury)

Support daily accounting operations including billing, collections, AP processing, vendor payments, and banking activities
Perform and review bank and intercompany reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Coordinate with banks and maintain proper cash management controls

Closing and Financial Reporting

Ensure timely and accurate month‑end and year‑end closings
Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, amortizations, and balance sheet schedules
Conduct regular balance sheet reviews and ensure accurate reconciliations

Statutory Accounting and Compliance (Philippines)

Prepare statutory financial statements in compliance with local regulations
Ensure compliance with BIR requirements, including tax returns and submissions
Manage regulatory obligations such as:

Business permit application and renewal with the Local Government Unit (LGU)
SEC filings, including General Information Sheet (GIS) submission

Act as liaison with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies, including the BIR, SEC and the Local Government Unit (LGU)

Audit and Governance Support

Provide documentation and working papers for financial and BIR audits
Address audit findings and support corrective actions
Ensure compliance with internal controls and local statutory requirements

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting CPA license required
5+ years of accounting experience, with exposure to:
Strong technical skills in closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting
Hands‑on experience dealing with BIR, SEC filings, and external auditors
SAP experience is required strong MS Excel skills
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
