Finance Manager - Controllership

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pasig for a Finance Manager - Controllership. The role will involve overseeing financial reporting and compliance, preparing accurate financial statements, managing budgeting processes, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. The Finance Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, perform cost analysis, and help develop strategies for financial optimization and risk management.

• Demonstrated expertise in Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Financial Analysis.
• Proficiency in Compliance, Tax Filing, and Regulatory Standards.
• Experience with Financial Systems, Forecasting, and Reconciling Accounts.
• Strong Analytical Skills, Problem-Solving Abilities, and Attention to Detail.
• Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Team Management Skills.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software and Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills.
• CPA qualification or equivalent, and a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance, preferably in controllership or a similar role.
