The Finance Manager Business Partner provides financial leadership, analysis, and decision support across Sodexo operations within the Google account. Acting as a business partner to operations, the role ensures accurate financial planning, cost control, forecasting, and compliance, while also enabling strategic initiatives through actionable insights.
This position serves as a key bridge between Finance, Operations, and the Google client team driving both fiscal responsibility and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Lead the monthly forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting process for assigned Sodexo at Google Food locations.
- Provide insights on trends, risks, and opportunities, with actionable recommendations to improve performance.
- Support annual budgeting and long-range planning processes in collaboration with Group Finance and Operations leadership.
Operational & Business Partnership
- Collaborate with Operations Directors, Assistant Operation Director, Culinary Leads, and Unit Managers to align financials with operational targets (labor, food cost, overhead).
- Analyze unit performance and provide support in optimizing profitability while maintaining service excellence.
- Partner with Google client teams on agreed financial reporting frameworks, dashboards, and cost allocation logic.
Controllership & Compliance
- Ensure integrity and accuracy of P&L, cost allocations, billing, and internal controls in accordance with Sodexo's policies.
- Oversee cash flow, invoice tracking, accruals, and receivables reconciliation.
- Monitor contract compliance and client financial obligations.
Systems & Reporting
- Leverage tools such as SAP, Power BI, Excel, and Google Workspace to build, maintain, and present performance dashboards.
- Manage data submissions for internal and external reporting cycles.
- Automate repetitive reporting tasks and contribute to financial process improvements.
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Support finance staff, procurement team and Site managers with financial tools, training, and guidance.
- Present financial performance and insights to Sodexo and Google leadership during business reviews.
- Collaborate with Group Finance for month-end close, reporting timelines, and audit requirements.
- Act as a positive brand ambassador for Sodexo at Google, you are an active and visible representative who embodies the company's values and commitment to excellence in every interaction with your team and clients.
Educational & Technical Requirement:
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certification : CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.
- Experience : Minimum of 57 years in financial management, FP&A - Financial Planning and Analysis, or business control, preferably in the hospitality, food service, catering, IFM or multinational environment.
- Experience supporting multi-site operations or client-facing accounts is highly desirable.
- Background in working with global client organizations (e.g., tech, FMCG) is a plus.
- Strong command of financial systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP), advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, modeling), and Google Workspace.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
- Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of IFRS - International Financial Reporting Standards and local compliance requirements.
- Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig.
