About the Role:

We seek ahighly analytical and detail-oriented Finance Managerto support ourfast-paced BPO operations. This role requires strong financial acumen, adaptability, and the ability to manage management-level payroll computations and expense tracking with accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a dynamic, high-pressure environment while ensuring timely and error-free financial processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee financial operations for thePhilippines, Malaysia, and Singapore, ensuring seamless payroll, budget management, and financial oversight across all locations.
  • Develop and manage budgets for campaigns and projects acrossSG, MY, and PH, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial feasibility.
  • Monitor and analyse theProfit & Loss (P&L)for each campaign/project, providing insights to optimise financial performance.
  • Manageend-to-end payroll computations for management-level employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and local labour regulations.
  • Handlepayroll disputes and issue resolutionwith efficiency and professionalism.
  • Conductmonthly appraisals and financial performance assessmentsto enhance forecasting and strategic planning.
  • Track and analysemonthly payables, ensuring all vendor and operational payments are processed on time.
  • Monitorscompany expenses, financial documentation, and petty cash, ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR and Operationsto align financial processes with workforce changes (e.g., new hires, promotions, terminations).
  • Ensure quick turnaround times for finance-related queries, payroll adjustments, and budgetary concerns.
  • Assist in financial audits and regulatory compliance reporting, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to standards.

What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Proven experience in payroll processing, expense tracking, and financial reporting (preferably in a BPO or high-volume industry).

Strong knowledge of BPO payroll structures, taxation, and financial documentation.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with high attention to detail.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to dispute resolution.

Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work with confidential financial data with integrity.
