What You'll Do
- Oversee full-spectrum finance activities including sales forecasting, COGS monitoring, and profitability analysis.
- Manage month-end close (approx. 10-day process), including journals, accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate P&L and balance sheet reporting while ensuring strong financial controls.
- Partner cross-functionally on budgeting, planning, and cost analysis to guide strategic decisions.
- Drive process improvements, identify efficiency gains, and enhance reporting systems and analytics.
Key Criteria
- Minimum of 5 years finance management experience at a mid-to-senior level at an FMCG company
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Strong technical understanding of OpEx, COGS, and stock accounting.
- Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems (Cin7, Xero, or transferable SAP experience)
- Familiarity with Tableau, UK GAAP/IFRS exposure, or experience leading junior staff.
Work setup
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): Full onsite setup for the first 36 months, aligned with UK business hours: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM PHT. Depending on performance, the role will transition to a hybrid work setup thereafter.
