POSITION SUMMARY
The Finance Manager directs the financial operations of the club. Supervise the accounting functions and directly assist the General Manager on all strategic matters relating to budget management, revenue & cost-benefit analysis, forecasting needs, internal control, inventory, purchasing, property asset management & insurance, preparation of Financial Statement, profit and loss reports.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Initiates the review and necessary action regarding all aspects of accounting, budget and auditing for the Company in order that these activities could better support or conform to authorized policies and procedures.
- Establishes and recommends to the General Manager the financial plans concerning capital expenditures and working capital requirements; predicts effect on financial status of anticipated actions.
- Studies and coordinates all divisional policies, plans, programs, reports and procedures relative to financial operations of all segments of the Company.
- Establishes or approves an organization structure within his/ her office which will best achieve efficiency and control.
- Defines responsibility and authority of subordinates.
- Delegates responsibility and authority and establishes proper accountability.
- Supervises the preparation of and interprets financial statements, reports and statistical records of the Company.
- Sees to it that there is a continuous audit of all accounts and records of the Company.
- Reviews, examines and checks the reports and/ or statements prepared by his/ her office; submits them periodically to the General Manager, the Club Operations Manager, CFO and other parties as required.
- Supervises the preparation of the budget and the effective use of budgetary controls.
- Prepares the Financial statement of the Club and provide inputs & analysis on the data provided
- Coordination with Corporate Finance and APRISSA on the filing of Taxes.
- Checks the adequacy and propriety of the insurance coverage of the assets of the Company.
- Maintains harmonious relationships with company creditors, suppliers, independent public accountants, representatives of government agencies and regulatory bodies and other persons concerned with the Company's financial records.
- Initiates, prepares and issues standard practices relating to all accounting matters and procedures and coordinates the systems throughout the Company including clerical and office methods, records, reports and procedures.
