Finance Inventory and Fixed Asset Supervisor

Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily transactions of General Accounting - Inventory and Asset group

- Responsible in identification, recording, valuation, accounting, reporting and timely capitalization of capital projects, the reconciliation and reporting of capital work in progress and to carry out revaluation and asset count activities

- Oversee and participate in inventory taking activities of the company

- Review and approves Inventory and Asset audit reports

- Participate in regular tax audits and external audits

- Prepares and reviews Inventory and Asset account reconciliation schedules

- Manage month-end and year-end closing related to Inventory and Asset

- Monitor the daily performance of the team

- Organize financial data into useable information and maintain updated records

- Track the progress of financial and accounting objectives

- Establish accounting policies and procedures, aligned with company's targets

- Ensure compliance with the law

Qualifications:

- Graduate of BS Accountancy ; Accounting certification (CPA) is a plus

- Proven work experience as an Accounting Supervisor, preferably on Inventory and Asset

- Experience with accounting software (SAP-FICO)

- Strong computer skills, MS Excel in particular (managing spreadsheets, creating charts and using advanced formulas)

- Can work with minimal supervision

- Has a great sense of responsibility and accountability

- Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles

- Excellent team management skills
