Role Description The Finance Executive will handle day-to-day financial operations, including preparing and reviewing financial statements, monitoring cash flows, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities. This role will oversee accurate financial reporting, assist with tax compliance (including GST-related requirements), and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely submission of financial documents. The Finance Executive will support management by providing financial analysis, variance reports, and recommendations to improve profitability and cost efficiency. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in the National Capital Region, Philippines, with a combination of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Finance, with the ability to prepare and interpret Financial Statements and support core accounting processes.
- Proficient in Financial Reporting, including periodic management reports, compliance documents, and statutory submissions.
- Solid Analytical Skills for reviewing financial data, identifying trends, and supporting decision-making and performance improvements.
- Working knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) or similar tax frameworks, including compliance, documentation, and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in corporate finance, accounting, or a similar role; exposure to IT or technology services is an advantage.
- Comfort with using spreadsheet tools and financial software; familiarity with ERP or accounting systems is beneficial.
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a hybrid environment with cross-functional teams.
