The role
As the
Finance Director, you will be working closely with the Chief Finance Officer and General Manager, and is crucial in driving profitability, managing complex multi-entity operations, and providing financial insights that support data-driven decision-making.
Your Responsibilities
- Partner with the CFO and GM to shape and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Drive company profitability through effective financial planning, cost management, and investment analysis.
- Lead financial analysis, including forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and profitability evaluation across business units and product lines.
- Oversee financial operations across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with corporate goals.
- Build and manage high-performing accounting teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Track and manage company-wide, divisional, and project budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Prepare and present monthly financial reports and statements, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Finance, or any related field.
- CPA, CMA is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience as a senior finance leader, preferably across multiple entities or businesses.
- Strong expertise in financial management within the manufacturing and retail sectors.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to translate financial data into business growth opportunities.
- Proven success in leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
