About the Role
The Finance Controllership Head leads the organization's financial management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong governance. This role oversees financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and risk management while partnering with business leaders to support strategic growth and sound decision-making.
What You'll Do
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support executive decisions.
- Ensure accurate financial close, regulatory compliance, and strong internal controls.
- Manage financial risks, governance standards, and audit coordination.
- Partner with business leaders to improve cost efficiency, margins, and operational performance.
- Develop the finance team and enhance systems, processes, and reporting efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
- At least 7 years of progressive experience in finance or controllership roles.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and compliance.
- Experience in retail, hospitality, F&B, or manufacturing is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, analytical skills, and a hands-on, detail-oriented approach.
