This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Controller at Mezzo Hotel, located in Cebu. The Finance Controller will manage and oversee financial operations, including preparing financial statements, supervising accounting processes, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing financial reporting to stakeholders. The role involves analyzing financial data to support decision-making, monitoring budgets, managing cash flow, implementing financial strategies, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

• Proficient in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data and support strategic decisions
• Comprehensive knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles
• Experience with budget management and cash flow analysis
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and communication abilities to work effectively within cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is preferred
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
