Job Summary
We are looking for a Finance Compliance and Statutory Analyst to support statutory reporting, audits, and compliance activities across multiple entities. The role ensures accurate and timely financial reporting, adherence to regulatory requirements, and coordination with auditors and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support statutory audits, including preparation of documents and coordination with auditors
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial statements and regulatory reports
- Reconcile differences between statutory and IFRS reporting
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records (e.g., SharePoint or similar systems)
- Monitor compliance with local regulatory requirements and company policies
- Assist in resolving audit findings and compliance issues
- Coordinate with internal teams, external auditors, and third-party providers
- Support tax-related requirements such as schedules and documentation during tax audits
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA is preferred but if no CPA should have at least 7 years related exp
- 3–6 years of experience in statutory reporting, audit, or financial compliance
- Knowledge of IFRS and local reporting standards
- Experience working with auditors and regulatory requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
