You'll be responsible for the following:

Accounting and Financial Reporting:

Lead the preparation of accurate, timely financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and corporate policies.Oversee financial close process, ensuring deadlines are met with accuracy. Responsible for financial consolidation and management reporting.

Budgeting

Support the preparation and management of the company's financial budget, ensuring the alignment.

Regularly monitor budget-to-actual performance, working closely with business units to ensure compliance with budget guidelines.

Internal Controls & Compliance:

Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard the company's assets and ensure financial compliance.Establish policies and procedures to prevent fraud and financial misstatements. Ensure adherence to all applicable tax and regulatory requirements (VAT, income tax, etc.).Ensure audit readiness by maintaining proper documentation and resolving any audit findings.

Qualifications

Audit Coordination: Coordinating with external auditors during the annual financial audit and addressing audit findings and recommendations, in order to obtain an unqualified audit opinion from external auditors. Qualifications:

Education & Certification:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.

Additional certifications such as CMA, CFC, or MBA are a plus.

Experience:

6+ years of experience in financial accounting, reporting, and controllership, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Hands-on experience with financial statements, budget forecasting, internal controls, and compliance.
