Finance Business Partner - Onsite (One ECom, Pasay)

The Finance Business Partner will work closely with a particular business unit creating a real and active partnership with both operations and management. Their role is to provide real time support and analysis, to be a trusted adviser and to add value that will assist in decision making.

What you'll be doing

• Act as a trusted advisor of your BU, shaping strategy and delivering measurable business outcomes
• Own end-to-end performance analysis—identify growth drivers, margin opportunities, and risks, and convert insights into action
• Lead high-impact discussions with senior stakeholders, challenging decisions with data-backed insights
• Turn complex data into clear, commercially focused recommendations
• Leverage advanced analytics to unlock value from data
• Demonstrate strong ownership and accountability—stand behind your analysis
• Operate with intensity and flexibility, stepping up beyond scope when required

What we're looking for

• Strong finance talent with proven experience in FP&A, performance analysis, and business partnering
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics (MBA or CPA/CFA is a strong advantage)
• Proven ability to link financials to business performance and influence decisions
• Strong analytical capability with a bias for action and impact
• Advanced Excel; ERP/BI tools preferred
• High ownership mindset—driven, resilient, and thrives in a high-performance, demanding environment
• Flexible and committed—able to deliver during peak periods
• On-site presence required—works closely with stakeholders to drive faster decisions and impact
