Warehouse Planner

We are looking for a Warehouse Planner who will be responsible for creating accurate demand forecasts, planning warehouse activities, monitoring inventory movement, and ensuring efficient storage, replenishment, and dispatch operations to support overall supply chain requirements. The role ensures optimal inventory levels while maximizing warehouse space utilization and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Forecast demand based on market data, stores order trends, and historical performance.
• Plan and monitor daily inbound and outbound warehouse activities.
• Prepare receiving, storage, and dispatch schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock-out and overstock situations.
• Ensure proper warehouse space utilization and storage allocation.
• Coordinate closely with Procurement, Production, and Logistics teams.
• Maintain accurate inventory monitoring and planning reports.
• Support cycle count and physical inventory activities.
• Analyze slow-moving, aging, and fast-moving stocks.
• Ensure implementation of FIFO / FEFO standards.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related course.
• With relevant workexperience in warehouse operations, inventory planning, or logistics planning but fresh graduates with related OJT experience are welcome to apply
• Knowledgeable in inventory management and warehouse processes.
• Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot, reporting, monitoring).
• Experience in WMS / ERP system is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Must be willing to work onsite in our Head Office in Paranaque
