About the job
What you will do:
- Act as a strategic partner to the Operations team, focusing on enhancing the financial performance of sub-franchised stores
- Deliver actionable financial insights, optimizing store profitability, and supporting operational decision-making to drive business growth
- Provide insights to Field Services that lead to the identification and implementation of key profitability improvement initiatives
- Prepares financial models to support current and future franchising models and strategies to ensure impact and risk assessment is properly done and identified by Management
- Provides technical expertise and makes recommendations on Accounting policies, programs, and plans
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Preferably a CPA with at least 5 years of experience in finance/accounting, franchising, or quick-service restaurant (QSR) sectors.
- With strong experience in financial reporting, compliance, tax, and internal controls
- Proficient in financial software systems (Power BI, and ERP tools) and Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
