We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to serve as the primary financial advisor to key business functions. This role plays a critical part in driving financial performance, supporting strategic decisions, and ensuring strong financial governance across the organization.
What you'll do
- Act as a strategic finance partner to business leaders across Operations, HR, IT, and other key functions
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning activities
- Analyze monthly and quarterly financial results, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive profitability and operational efficiency
- Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives, investments, and business cases
- Support executive reporting, including performance reviews and leadership dashboards
- Drive process improvements to enhance financial reporting accuracy, consistency, and efficiency
- Ensure strong internal controls, compliance, and adherence to financial policies
- Support audits and cross-functional finance initiatives as needed
What we're looking for
- 6+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or Business Partnering roles
- Strong experience working closely with senior business leaders and cross-functional teams
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting to leadership teams
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with dashboards, reporting tools, and large datasets
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA is a plus)
