You will collaborate closely with department heads as their primary financial advisor, provide financial guidance, and deliver actionable insights that influence business strategy. In addition to overseeing traditional accounting and FP&A functions, the Finance BP acts as a Value Architect, leveraging insights to optimize capital allocation, managerisk, and drive digital transformation across the enterprise. This role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and excellent communication to ensure financial discipline and informed decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business units to provide financial insights, guidance, and strategic recommendations
- Develop, monitor, and analyze budgets, forecasts, and management reports
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization, process improvements, and risk mitigation
- Support decision-making through financial modeling, scenario planning, and ROI analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial objectives with business goals
- Prepare timely and accurate financial reports for management, highlighting trends, variances, and actionable insights
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and corporate policies
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Economics. CPA/CMA is highly preferred.
- 8+ years in a manufacturing environment (FMCG or Agribusiness). Knowledge of the coconut industry's seasonality is a major plus.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Netsuite)
- 5–7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or business partnering roles
- Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, financial modeling) are non-negotiable.
- Familiarity with PEZA or BOI incentives, and Philippine Coconut Authority (PCA) regulations.
