As our Finance Business Partner, you won't just report on the numbers, you'll tell the story behind them. Serving as the vital link between Finance and Operations, you will work hand-in-hand with our Executive Committee (ExeCom), Business Unit Heads, and Department Leaders to turn complex financial data into forward-looking strategies, profitable growth, and operational success.

- Drive Strategic Growth: Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial planning to keep our business agile and competitive.
- Be a Trusted Strategic Advisor: Partner directly with C-suite and department leaders to evaluate business cases, explore scenario models, and navigate commercial risks and opportunities.
- Bring Data to Life: Move beyond spreadsheets by building interactive dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) and executive narratives that turn raw data into actionable intelligence.
- Optimize Performance & Profitability: Deep-dive into margin analysis, cost structures, and cash flow to help leaders make smarter, faster resource allocation decisions.
- Innovate & Automate: Champion continuous improvement by modernizing our reporting systems and automating financial workflows.
What You Bring to the Team
Experience & Background
- 5–8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Corporate Finance, or Commercial Finance.
- Proven track record of directly advising senior executives and operational leaders.
- Hands-on expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
- Experience in fast-paced or multi-business sectors (e.g., Manufacturing, Distribution, Construction, or Industrial Products) is a strong plus.
Technical & Toolset Skills
- Analytics & BI Tools: Advanced Excel skills coupled with hands-on experience in Power BI, Tableau, or Lark.
- ERP Proficiency: Familiarity with Odoo or modern ERP systems.
- Financial Foundations: Strong grasp of variance analysis, revenue/margin drivers, and working capital dynamics.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in accountancy, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Bonus Points: Professional certifications (CPA, CMA, CFA) or an MBA/Master's degree are highly preferred.
