Job Description

1. OPEX & CAPEX Management and Analysis
2. Invoice settlement & processing enhancement
3. Cost Transformation

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

A. OPEX (& Non-DPC CAPEX) -strongly managing and analyzing operating expenses, collaborates and providesinsights to SMBI Team

- OPEX Analysis: Perform a detailed analysis of operating expenses and identify drivers

- Budget Monitoring: Consolidate the OPEX budget submission and monitor actual operating expenses against the budget

- Reporting and Justification: Prepare justifications for actual operating expenses that deviate from the budget

- Data Management: Update databases and route memos related to financial information

B. INVOICES Management - established an end-to-end process for

- PR-PO-GR in SAP Ariba

- Accrual submission in SAP Fiori

C. COST TRANSFORMATION - Collaborate with the working team to clean up the following:

- STT circuit inventory, clean-up and payment status

- Inhouse circuits
