About the Role

We are hiring a Finance Associate to provide day-to-day support to our Finance Department. This role is designed to help our business run smoothly while you learn the ropes of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and basic financial reporting. You will be part of a team that values accuracy and works together to meet company goals.

This is a full-time, regular position that reports directly to the Finance Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Financial Support

• Assist in processing Accounts Receivable (AR), including billing, collection monitoring, and reconciliation.
• Support Accounts Payable (AP) processing, including vendor coordination and payment preparation.
• Prepare and post journal entries under supervision.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records and schedules.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for finance-related concerns.

Compliance & Reporting

• Support BIR filings and statutory reports, as required.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain accuracy and compliance with company processes.

What We're Looking For

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience: Open to fresh graduates; relevant internship or practicum experience is an advantage.

Technical Skills:

• Basic knowledge of AR, AP, and journal entries.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Exposure to e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) is a strong plus.

• Teachable, proactive, and eager to learn under supervision.
