Hiring: Finance Assistant (Reconciliation of Accounts)

Key Responsibilities
- Perform reconciliations for GL, sub-ledgers, and bank accounts
- Compare records and identify discrepancies
- Prepare adjustment entries and recommend actions
- Create reconciliation reports and status updates
- Document findings and track outstanding items
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related
- At least 2 years of accounting experience (reconciliation focus)
- Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle is a plus)
- Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals
