Finance Assistant

Job Responsibilities and Duties

Assist to ensure accurate collaboration and complete documentation in processing Sales Orders.

Providing effective communication with Logistics Team in all sales and delivery concerns.

Assist in coordinating with suppliers, customers, regional offices and freight forwarders on orders and shipments status.

Assist in all Finance and Logistics concerns.

Assisting the Finance Manager and Associate Manager for Sales and Logistics in sales and logistics coordination, and inventory management.

Job Requirements

Accountancy graduate

Have at least 1 to 2+ years of progressive experience in the logistics functions.

Having worked for a medical, pharmaceutical or healthcare corporation is an added advantage.
