Job Summary
This is a full time and regular position. The Finance Assistant provides general accounting and tasks of the whole transaction of GPMI.
General Description Of Tasks (Technical Level)
Provides administrative and technical support to the Finance Unit Specific Tasks:
Checking and validation of all financial transactions
Daily monitoring of collections and bank reconciliation of all branches and Head Office accounts
Preparation of vouchers and check payments.
Facilitate Cash disbursement for various transactions.
Encodes general accounting transactions.
Safekeeping and filing of Financial Documents.
Monitor schedules such as but not limited to cash advances, accounts payable, cash withdrawal and closure requests, etc.
Processing payroll transactions
Salary loan encoding in loan system (GPMI Employees).
Facilitate submission of BIR reports and processing of BIR payments.
Produce specific reports per request of immediate supervisor and/or Finance and Admin Director
Does other tasks as may be assigned by the Finance and Admin Manager.
