Finance and Procurement Director

The ideal candidate will contribute to the overall success of the organization by effectively managing all financial tasks. A qualified Chartered Accountant/MBA Finance/CPA with 15 years of prior working experience in Finance with at least more than 5 years experience in senior management roles, preferably in a shared service organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (CPA/MBA)
• 15+ years of experience in finance or accounting and +5 years of Senior Management Experience
• Knowledgeable of Philippine tax and transfer pricing regulations as they pertain to IT/BPO operations is preferred
• Familiarity with GAAP and IFRS
• Experience in IT/BPO Shared Services Operations
• Strong communication and analytical skills
