Job Overview
We are looking for a
Finance and Master Data Manager to lead end-to-end financial operations, including
Customer Marketing Agreements (CMA), pricing, and master data management within our Global Shared Services team. This role is critical in driving
accuracy, governance, and reconciliation excellence, while leading continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee CMA, pricing, and master data processes end-to-end
- Ensure data integrity through robust reconciliation of pricing, accruals, and customer agreements
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization
- Manage stakeholder relationships across Finance, Commercial, and Shared Services
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements (SOX)
- Partner with cross-functional teams on systems and process enhancements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in Finance/Shared Services
- 4+ years of leadership experience
- Strong expertise in Reconciliation (highly preferred)
- Experience in master data management and pricing operations
- ERP experience (SAP preferred)
- Lean Six Sigma is an advantage
