Provide stakeholders with timely, relevant, meaningful and fairly stated financial statements
Monitor the groups actual performance against plan and provide relevant reports and analyses to management
Manage the budgeting and forecasting process for the group
Lead the development and implementation of an appropriate system of internal controls, financial policies and procedures, corporate governance.
Lead the implementation of an appropriate automated financial and accounting reporting system
Monitor cash flows, sources and uses of funds to ensure sufficient liquidity to support the operating requirements of the business
Manage tax planning and compliance with local and national regulations.
Liase with external auditors and government agencies (e.g., SEC, BIR, LGUs) on financial reports required from the group and any audits that may be conducted on such reports
Provide advice on accounting implications of critical or strategic issues and other corporate actions including investments.
Administrative Oversight
Supervise general administrative functions including procurement, office management
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Oversee records management and document control systems.
Leadership & Team Management
Lead and develop the finance and admin team to achieve departmental goals.
Provide training and mentorship to staff.
Collaborate with other departments to support strategic initiatives.
Qualification
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (CPA preferred
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance and administration, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards (e.g., PFRS), and reporting requirements.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, preferably SAP B1 Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Familiarity with government reporting and compliance. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
