Overview The Finance and Admin Associate is responsible for handling payroll processing, government contributions, tax compliance, and other finance-related tasks. This role ensures timely and accurate preparation of statutory reports, employee compensation, and compliance with BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other regulatory requirements.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 12 years of experience in accounting, payroll, or related role (fresh graduates with strong internship experience may also be considered).
- Knowledge of Philippine tax regulations, payroll processing, and government remittances.
- Proficient in MS Excel; familiarity with BIR eFPS/eBIRForms, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG eGov is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
Work Schedule & Reporting Line - Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM - Work Location: Quezon City Office - Reports to: General Manager
