Finance and Accounting Manager

Required Qualifications

• CPA preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
• 5–8+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience, including people management
• Strong knowledge of PH taxation, labor-related statutory requirements, and PFRS
• Experience working with auditors, BIR, and regulatory bodies

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end accounting operations: GL, AP/AR, fixed assets, inventory, and month-end/year-end close
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with PFRS
• Ensure full tax compliance: BIR filings (VAT, EWT, ITR), tax reconciliations, and audits
• Manage statutory reporting and compliance with SEC, BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Strengthen internal controls, policies, and audit readiness
• Partner with operations and management on cost control, profitability analysis, and decision support
• Lead, coach, and develop the finance and accounting team
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulators
