Support Finance Operations Through SAP, Master Data & Access Management

We are looking for a Finance Master Data & SAP Security Analyst to support finance operations through ERP master data maintenance, SAP security administration and finance-related system support.

This role combines Finance & Accounting operations with SAP and data administration, requiring strong attention to detail, effective issue resolution and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders while maintaining data accuracy and process compliance.

What You'll Do

• Manage and process finance-related ERP requests and transactions.
• Perform Finance Master Data maintenance across automated and manual workflows.
• Monitor, investigate and resolve process exceptions and system-related issues.
• Support SAP user access provisioning and security-related activities.
• Respond to user and stakeholder queries accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Maintain process documentation, logs, trackers and audit records.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and record-retention requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and support operational efficiency initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance & Accounting operations.

Experience handling ERP-related requests, transactions and issue resolution.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.

Shared Services or Global Business Services experience

Experience within large multinational organisations

Global or virtual stakeholder management

MS Access and PowerPoint

Experience with other applications interfacing with SAP
