The ideal candidate will be responsible for using their analytical mindset to analyze and interpret financial data, then relating it to potential business trends and issues. This candidate will feel comfortable using insights they have discovered to communicate important themes and discoveries to company leadership.
Responsibilities
- Generates, organizes, analyzes, and reconciles Aging Reports as well as other reports to support related Balance Sheet and Income Statement accounts.
- Should provide management recommendations for courses of action or to act upon opportunities or mitigate risks based on analysis of data.
- Monitors each customer's balances. Closely coordinates with the operations group to follow-up collections from tenants with long-outstanding balances.
- Complies with the monthly and periodic closing requirements.
- Files, maintains, and distributes accounting documents, records, and reports.
- Assists in implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures.
- Willing to report 100% on site at our BGC, Taguig City Office
Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Accounting
- At least 1 year work experience related to Finance and Accounting.
- Proficient in Financial Models and processes.
- CPA is an advantage.
