Job Description

Salary: 45,000-50,000 Php

Shift: 6:00AM-3:00PM PHT

Setup: Hybrid, 2x a week onsite (Mega Tower, Mandaluyong City)

What are we looking for

Skills Required

  • 2+ years of experience using Xero or similar accounting systems (MYOB, QuickBooks, etc.)
  • Proven experience in invoicing, billing, or accounts administration within service-based or multi-entity environments
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, including reconciliations, journals, and chart of accounts
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume financial transactions accurately
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Autotask PSA or similar billing/work-order systems
  • Background supporting Australian or US-based clients
  • Experience in Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments
  • Knowledge of accounts receivable processes and customer/supplier query handling
  • Experience identifying and implementing process improvements

What will you do

  • Prepare and generate accurate invoices across one or multiple business entities
  • Review source data, agreements, service records, and job details to ensure billing accuracy
  • Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies prior to finalization
  • Maintain organized invoice documentation, records, and audit trails
  • Monitor outstanding invoices and support accounts receivable tracking
  • Perform day-to-day financial administration tasks, including data entry and record maintenance
  • Maintain accurate financial trackers, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation
  • Prepare financial summaries and reports for management review
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for efficiency
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather billing information and approvals
  • Communicate issues, discrepancies, and required actions to relevant teams
  • Support ad hoc administrative and operational requirements as needed
