Job Description

The Finance & Admin Associate supports the companys financial and administrative operations, ensures compliance with government regulations, and helps maintain efficient office processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and accurate tax compliance and filing
  • Prepare financial statements and related reports
  • Handle preparation of Statements of Account (SOA) and invoicing
  • Process, file, and report government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.)
  • Maintain proper bookkeeping records
  • Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Provide general office and administrative support
  • Assist in financial audits and documentation when required

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience in finance, accounting, or administrative roles
  • Knowledgeable in basic accounting principles and government compliance
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other office applications
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
  • With good interpersonal skills and time management skills
