Sinag Solutions is seeking a full-time Finance & Admin Associate to join our growing team and support the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of the organization.

Role Purpose:

The Finance & Admin Associate is responsible for supporting the company's financial operations, reporting, compliance, payroll administration, and day-to-day administrative processes. The role ensures accurate financial records, timely submissions, and smooth operational support while maintaining integrity and attention to detail in all financial transactions.

Role Accountabilities:

The Finance & Admin Associate is responsible for preparing financial reports, handling compliance requirements, managing payables and receivables, processing payroll and government remittances, and maintaining organized financial records. The role works closely with management and external accountants to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate monthly financial reports and ensure records are complete and organized
  • Maintain clean and updated financial documentation for external accounting review
  • Handle EFPS filings and ensure timely tax compliance and payments
  • Prepare, monitor, and track BIR Form 2307 and related tax documentation
  • Prepare invoices, monitor collections, and process accounts payable and receivable
  • Manage day-to-day disbursements and financial transactions
  • Compute payroll accurately and ensure timely remittance of SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG contributions
  • Maintain trackers and reports using Google Sheets and related tools
  • Coordinate with management and external accountants regarding reporting and compliance requirements
  • Support finance and administrative operational tasks as needed

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience with Philippine tax compliance, EFPS, and government remittances
  • Knowledge of payroll processing, billing, and financial reporting
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • High level of integrity and accountability in handling company finances
  • Proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, or similar tools
  • Experience with QuickBooks is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to manage deadlines, especially during month-end reporting periods
  • Strong communication and coordination skills

Work Set-up:

  • This is a full-time, hybrid position offering flexibility and a supportive work environment. The successful candidate will primarily work remotely, with on-site work in Ortigas approximately once every other week.
