Seeking an experienced, strategic Finance and Accounting Manager to lead the company's accounting operations and financial reporting. This role will ensure the integrity of financial data, streamline close processes, strengthen internal controls, and deliver actionable financial insights to support business decisions. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who combines technical accounting expertise with strong analytical skills and the ability to guide a team. This individual will partner closely with Finance and operational leaders to ensure accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications
- Certified Public Accountant (MUST)
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- 510+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Experience managing full-cycle accounting and complex close processes
- Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting
- Lead and manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting
- Oversee preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS
- Manage general ledger's integrity, reconciliations, and complex accounting transactions
- Ensure accuracy of accruals, reserves, and estimates
Analysis & Business Partnership
- Deliver financial analysis, variance reporting, and key performance insights to senior leadership
- Partner with department heads to evaluate performance, manage costs, and support strategic initiatives
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve financial performance
Controls, Compliance & Audit
- Design, implement, and maintain strong internal controls and accounting policies
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, tax, and reporting requirements
- Lead external audits and serve as primary liaison with auditors
- Monitor and mitigate financial risks
Leadership & Process Improvement
- Manage, mentor, and develop accounting staff
- Establish clear workflows, priorities, and performance expectations
- Drive automation and continuous improvement of accounting systems and processes
