Finance Accounting Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Accounting Manager to join our Finance Team. The ideal candidate have at least 4-6 years of experience in general accounting and financial management

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping and general ledger entries
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and filing deadlines.
• Manage payroll processing and related documentation.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
• Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial matters.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3 years or more proven experience with general accounting and finance
• at least 2 years experience in a supervisorial/managerial role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Proficient in accounting software (Quickbooks) and Microsoft Tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Experience with audit processes and preparing audit-ready documentation
