Job Summary
The position is responsible in performing repair and maintenance of copier machines deployed in clients:
- Ensures that copier machines are ready to be used in their acceptable performance level as specified by Customer Service.
- Level Agreement; complies with total quality customer service standards.
- Provides technical support to the sales department in product demonstration; performs other responsibilities to meet overall goals/objectives of the company.
- Experience in doing repair and maintenance of office machines, especially laser printers is a plus.
