Job Summary
The position is responsible in performing repair and maintenance of copier machines deployed in clients:
Ensures that copier machines are ready to be used in their acceptable performance level as specified by Customer Service
Level Agreement; complies with total quality customer service standards.
Provides technical support to the sales department in product demonstration; performs other responsibilities to meet overall
goals/objectives of the company.
Experience in doing repair and maintenance of office machines, especially laser printers is a plus.
WORK LOCATION: BRGY. SAN ANTONIO VILLAGE, MAKATI CITY
WORK SCHEDULE: MON - SAT
