This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Service Engineer located in Metro Manila. The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing diagnostic equipment. Daily tasks include performing troubleshooting and preventive maintenance, providing technical support, and ensuring customer issues are resolved efficiently. The role also requires strong communication skills to deliver excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

• Proficient in Field Service and Preventive Maintenance to ensure proper functioning of equipment and seamless operation.
• Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose and solve issues effectively.
• Customer Service skills to communicate professionally and effectively address customer needs and concerns.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet on-site schedules and deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in diagnostic or medical equipment services is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel and flexibility to work outside
