The Field Sales Specialist for Sarilotto is responsible for driving sales performance, expanding market presence, and managing end-to-end operations for SariLotto agents within the assigned territory. This role oversees agent onboarding, training, activation, and performance monitoring while ensuring full compliance with regulatory and company standards.
The Field Sales Specialist works closely with the Provincial Distributor (PD) to achieve monthly sales targets, enhance agent productivity, and deliver exceptional field execution. The position requires strong sales acumen, operational discipline, and the ability to build strong relationships with agents, store owners, and distribution partners.
Sales Performance
- Achieve the monthly sales target as set by management.
- Ensure that a high percentage of active agents meet their individual sales targets.
- Increase total sales revenue in the assigned area.
Account Management (Provincial Distributor)
- Meet activation targets set for the Provincial Distributor based on assigned quotas.
- Ensure 100% compliance with lotto regulatory requirements.
- Timely and complete end-to-end fulfillment of agent onboarding and supply.
- Complete required agent training activities.
- Ensure all onboarded sari-sari stores are dressed and branded according to SariLotto standards.
- Conduct weekly performance tracking and reviews, including: Number of stores onboarded/activated, Sales volume per store and Identified operational challenges.
- Conduct formal Monthly Performance Review with PD to: Evaluate performance against KPIs, Identify operational issues and action plans and Align on monthly goals.
Sari Agent Management
- Conduct agent orientations and field visits as scheduled by management.
- Resolve agent concerns and operational issues within agreed SLA.
Sales Growth & Market Expansion
- Achieve the assigned sales growth targets.
- Identify and recommend new high-potential areas for market expansion and agent acquisition
Compliance & Reporting
- Submit accurate and timely reports on agent recruitment, sales, training, and fulfillment.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and regulatory standards.
Others
- Perform other ad hoc tasks or duties as may be assigned by the Area Manager or Regional Manager
Qualifications
- College level
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in field sales, distribution management, FMCG, telco, or retail operations.
- Must have owned motorcycle and with professional driver's license.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing field operations.
- Strong understanding of territory management, agent/distributor management, and sales activation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and use insights to drive performance.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Willing to travel extensively within the assigned area.
