Sales Field Specialists Sta. Cruz, Manila

Position 1: Sales Manager (EDSA)

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the sales team for tile products

Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share

Monitor sales performance, targets, and forecasts

Build strong relationships with contractors, architects, developers, and dealers

Coordinate with management on promotions and pricing strategies

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Sales Manager (tile, construction, or building materials experience is an advantage)

Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills

Results-driven and target-oriented

Willing to work onsite in EDSA

Position 2: Sales Field Specialist (2 slots Sta. Cruz, Manila)

Responsibilities:

Promote and sell tile products to walk-in and field clients

Conduct field visits to contractors, hardware stores, and project sites

Generate new accounts and maintain existing clients

Assist customers with product selection and quotations

Achieve individual sales targets

Qualifications:

Sales experience in tiles, construction, or building materials is an advantage

Good communication and customer service skills

Hardworking, proactive, and goal-oriented

Willing to do field work in Sta. Cruz, Manila
