Role Description This full-time Field Sales Representative role is hybrid, based in the National Capital Region, Philippines, with a combination of fieldwork and some work-from-home flexibility. The Field Sales Representative will visit hospitals, laboratories, and other healthcare institutions to promote and sell IVD products, build strong customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities. The role includes conducting product presentations and demonstrations, understanding customer needs, and coordinating with technical and support teams to ensure appropriate solutions and service. The Field Sales Representative will manage sales pipelines, prepare quotations and proposals, and follow up on orders to meet or exceed sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and participating in training to stay current on product offerings and industry developments.
Qualifications
- With at least 1-3 years of work experience in IVD industry or related field.
- Demonstrated sales and account management abilities, including prospecting, relationship building, and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of healthcare, diagnostics, or laboratory environments; prior experience in medical or IVD sales is an advantage.
- Proficiency in planning, organizing, and managing time effectively, including territory management and reporting.
- Comfort with using productivity tools and CRM or sales tracking systems; ability to work independently in a hybrid setup.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Medical Technology, Biology, Pharmacy, Nursing, Business, or related disciplines) preferred.
- Willingness to travel within the National Capital Region and nearby areas, with a valid means of transportation as required.
- Commitment to ethical conduct, customer service excellence, and continuous learning in a regulated healthcare environment.
