Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Representative role based in Mandaluyong. The Field Sales Representative is responsible for visiting assigned territories, prospecting new clients, and maintaining relationships with existing customers to achieve sales targets. The role involves presenting product features and benefits, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating terms, and processing orders in coordination with internal teams. The representative will monitor market trends and competitor activities, gather customer feedback, and provide regular sales reports and updates. The position also requires close collaboration with marketing and distribution teams to support brand visibility, merchandising, and promotional activities at the field level.
Qualifications
- Strong field sales and account management skills, including prospecting, relationship building, and territory management.
- Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to effectively engage with diverse customers and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities.
- Comfort with basic digital tools and reporting systems for sales tracking, documentation, and coordination.
- Previous experience in FMCG, industrial products, or distribution-focused sales is an advantage.
- Ability to work predominantly on-site and in the field, with willingness to travel within assigned areas.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Preferably a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
