Field Sales Officer

About the role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating CASA deposits and actively cross-selling a wide range of banking products and services. You will engage with potential clients, build relationships, and promote our offerings to meet sales targets and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

-Actively prospect and acquire new clients to open CASA (Current and Savings Account) deposits

-Cross-sell other banking products and services, including loans and cash management solutions

-Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

-Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client queries and concerns

-Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the bank's products and services to effectively communicate with clients

Requirements:

-Graduate of any four-year business course

-At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the banking industry

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills

-Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

-Ability to work independently and be self-motivated

-Must be willing to work in Manila City
